Booking Policy:30 days or more from the date of departure: 30% of the total package cost or booking amount 29–20 days from the date of departure: 50% of the total package cost 14 days from the travel date: 100% of the total package cost
Important: The booking stands subject to cancellation if 100% payment is not received before 14 days from the date of travel. 100% advance payment may be required for certain destinations or high-end hotels.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel or modify your holiday, you may do so at any time. Cancellations are valid only upon receipt of a written notice or email from the person who made the booking.
Cancellation Charges:29 days before travel: Booking amount 19 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost 14 days before travel: 100% of the total package cost
General Terms & Conditions:If we change or cancel your holiday:
We plan all packages in advance and it is unlikely we will need to make changes. However, we reserve the right to do so when necessary. You will be informed of any changes as early as possible.
We also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements under unavoidable circumstances and will provide valid reasons for the same.
If we are unable to provide the booked package due to factors beyond our control (e.g., bad weather), we will try to offer an alternative tour date if the tour has not yet started. If it has already started, we will refund the booking fees on a pro-rata basis based on the services utilized.
In any case, our liability is limited to refunding the tour fees collected from you.
If you wish to change your holiday plan:
After service confirmation, if you wish to make changes to your package (e.g., travel date, hotel), we will try to accommodate these. All change requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Any additional costs due to such amendments will be borne by you.
