Terms And Conditions

Booking Policy:

Advance Booking Amount
30 days or more from the date of departure: 30% of the total package cost or booking amount
29-20 days from the date of departure: 50% of the total package cost
14 days from the travel date: 100% of the total package cost

Important: The booking stands subject to be dropped if 100% installment isn’t received before 14 days from the date of travel. 100% installment might be required ahead of time for particular destinations or high-end hotels.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel or modify your Holiday
You may cancel your package at any time. Cancellation is valid only upon receipt of a written notice or an email from the person who made the booking.

The following cancellation charges may apply:
29 Days Before your travel: Booking Amount
19 Days Before your travel: 50%
14 Days Before your travel: 100%

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If we change or cancel your holiday:
We plan the package arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will need to make any changes to your travel package plans.

Occasionally, we may need to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements under any conditions by assigning reasons to you.

If we can’t provide the booked travel package due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):
- We will first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if it has not yet started.
- If the tour has already started, we will refund the booking value/fees on a pro-rata basis depending on the tour utilized.

In all circumstances, our liability shall be limited to refunding the amount charged as tour fees.

If you wish to change your holiday plan:
After confirmation of services, if you want to make changes to your travel package (e.g. departure date or hotel changes), we will try our best to accommodate them, but it may not always be possible.

All change requests must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All costs arising due to amendments will be borne by you.
